After lasering or punching, every screen is lineshed and checked to ensure a smooth surface, free of burs and sharp edges.
All screens can then be supplied in a mill finish or powdercoated in a great range of colours from the Dulux or Interpon ranges.
Powder coating is a type of coating that uses dry powdered plastic that is applied electrostatically before being cured by heat to create a hard and durable decorative finish.
There is an extensive range of powder coat colours available, with many that are UV stabilised to limit dehydration in direct sunlight.
To see the full range of available colours please click on the links to both Dulux Powders and Interpon.
And as we only use approved Dulux and Interpon applicators you can be guaranteed the finish on your screen is of the highest quality and made to withstand Australia’s harsh environment.
Aluminium screens can also be anodised for a great modern look.
